    Scott Lehmkuhl has had a long and varied career as a singer, music educator and conductor.

    As a singer, he prides himself on being extremely stylistically flexible, having sung musical theater, opera, choral, pop and jazz all at a professional level. He has sung with the Robert Shaw Festival Singers, the Los Angeles Chamber Singers, the Millennium Consort, and is about to begin his 11th season with the Los Angeles Master Chorale. He is also a studio singer and can be heard on numerous soundtracks, including the last two Star Wars movies.

    As an educator, he has been teaching private voice for nearly 30 years. He has also served on the faculty at The University of Chicago and Clemson University, where he directed choirs and taught music appreciation and music theory.

    As a conductor, in addition to directing choirs at the university level, he has held several positions as a church choir director, currently serving as director of music at Northridge United Methodist Church. He has recently served as music director for productions of 鈥淗airspray鈥 at Hollywood High School and 鈥淐ompany鈥 at Cal Tech. He is also beginning his first season as artistic director of the community choir Pasadena Pro Musica.
